I understand the operation of the system.  I can change and amend things within the system. I can manage the system. I understand the use of the data collected within Workiz. I am familiar with Workiz Pay. I can do everything from A-Z. My least proficent and experience is within the call flow system.  

I have worked within this system and understand the basic operations. I can locate customers' information and previous sales. I can manage the product/services offered. I know how to enter sales and confirm amounts. I know how to correct amounts and details. I know how to run a payroll. I find I could easily learn new operations and uses within the Master POS.

I have used this system on the POS side as well as being familiar with the background set up and location of sales and receipts. I have had the most experience on POS end and using the information for dispute responses. 

I have set this system up from scratch and can easily manage and obtain an organized and clean system. I am familiar with appointment options and reminder automation.  

I have created a setup from scratch and am comfortable with the full set-up of this system and its operations. Along with my created templates, this makes customer service and obtaining a customer database or employee database painless. I am a little shaky on the integration options of this program. Although I find my quick learning and self-teaching skills could overcome this.

I use this software for my own company. I am confident in its operations and system setup. I have not gotten a chance to use all the features this software has to offer due to my company size of just 1. With their exceptional customer service, I would not have any issues quickly learning and becoming an expert in the other features it has to offer.

I am new to this software but have already started to understand how it works. I can easily create and edit pdfs. I can create a fillable pdf. I can send it out for signatures and track progress. I have since then become more understanding

With only working with this for about a week. I find myself to be on track to fully understand the software

I was able to self teach on this and understood it better than the employees of  the adp team. I run payroll regularly on this and have  both w4 and w9 employees.
